2. New Smyrna Beach, Florida

This is also considered as most dangerous beaches of the world and comes to number two on the list. As we mentioned above that the Gansbaai may be the world’s Great White Shark capital of the world. This beach is also considered as Shark Bite Capital of the world. Out of 112 worldwide shark attacks in 2007, 17 happened at Smyrna and the next year this figure came to 24.

It is a party town for sharks. Its tourist board describes is as “no strange to attention”. If you want to go there, then make sure you have made necessary arrangements for surviving yourself from the attacks of the shark.

1. North Sentinel Island, Andaman Islands

This is considered as the most dangerous beach of the world and comes to number one on the list. This island technically falls under the jurisdiction of India, but effectively it is independent, as the natives there have never submitted to any other authority. In fact, they verge on unwelcoming, which might pose a problem if you were hoping to check out reef formations that lie nearby.

At one point, the Indian Government did try and form relations with the Sentinelese, by landing peacefully and leaving gifts for them. However, they were greeted with angry arrow-fire and eventually gave up on any hope of contacting them.
